Bartolo is the first pizzeria founded in Paris in 1950 by Bartolo Mémola. Through tastes and traditions, we invite you to discover the history and character of our Neapolitan cuisine. Our pizzas are cooked on a wood fire . Our homemade dough is matured 2 to 3 days to develop its authentic taste. Our garnishes come from carefully selected quality producers . On the cellar side, we have searched the most beautiful appellations of each region of Italy, in order to offer a map typical of the most beautiful grape varieties .
