Our pizzas are cooked on a wood fire . Our homemade dough is matured 2 to 3 days to develop its authentic taste. Our garnishes come from carefully selected quality producers . On the cellar side, we have searched the most beautiful appellations of each region of Italy, in order to offer a map typical of the most beautiful grape varieties .
